广州市越秀公园游园管理规定

　　为加强公园管理，保护公园环境，维护公共秩序，请游客自觉遵守如下规定：

　　一、公园开放时间：早上6：00—晚上22：00。 请按照公园的开放时间文明游园，非开放时间未经许可不得擅自进园。学龄前儿童进园需要成年人陪伴。

　　二、爱护花草树木，不要践踏草地，不要攀爬树木，不要采摘植物、花果，不准采挖植物和捕捉动物。爱护园内文物古迹和公共设施，不要在文物古迹、公共设施和植物上涂写、刻画、钉钉子。

　　三、不得在亭、廊、坐椅、护栏等设施上踩踏、躺卧；禁止游客在园内过夜露宿；禁止在园内公厕和其它地方洗澡、洗菜等。

　　四、未经许可禁止在湖内钓鱼、捕捞；禁止在湖中游泳、嬉戏玩水；禁止攀爬和跨越安全护栏。

　　五、禁止携带管制刀具、危险品进园，禁止携带氢气球等易燃易爆物品进园；禁止携带猫、犬等宠物进园。

　　六、不得在园内骑自行车，不得在园道和广场上打（踢）球、追逐及溜冰、玩滑板等。

　　七、自觉遵守公共卫生和园容环境相关规定，禁止随地吐痰、便溺，烟头、果皮、口香糖残渣、纸屑等废弃物请放果皮箱内，全园范围内禁止吸烟。

　　八、不得在园区内使用明火，严禁擅自烧香、营火、燃放烟花爆竹；禁止私自开垦林地以及私自搭建、筑窃、堆放等损毁公共绿地、破坏景观的行为。

　　九、未经许可不得在园内从事任何经营活动，不得张挂标语、横额、宣传牌和彩旗等。不准在园内收费教舞、教功；如组织社团或群体活动，必须到公安部门办理申报手续。在园内使用音响设备，必须遵守和符合公园管理部门的有关规定，按园内相应的声环境功能区开展活动，不能影响和妨碍他人游览和产生噪音污染。

　　十、严禁黄、赌、毒，禁止在园内以打扑克牌和麻将、天九等从事赌博活动，禁止进行占卜算命等封建迷信活动。禁止摆卖、乞讨、发传单、推销、传销等活动；严禁非法集会、聚众闹事、打架斗殴等违法犯罪活动。

　　十二、未经许可禁止车辆进园，持本园准行证的机动车辆、非机动车辆必须按规定路线慢速行驶。

　　十三、未经许可，不得在园内从事拍摄电影、电视、广告、婚纱摄影、影楼拍摄等商业性活动。凡在园区内拍摄电影、电视、广告、商业拍摄和进行各种商业活动的，需经公园管理部门批准后方可进行。新闻拍摄和采访工作须符合相关的工作规定。

　　十四、注意保管好自己随身携带的物品，如发现异常情况，立即报告公园安保部门或工作人员。

　　十五、如违反上述规定，公园管理部门将依照《广州市公园条例》处罚。

　　Visiting Rules for Yuexiu Park

　　In order to manage our park well, make our environment better and maintain good public order, please consciously abide by the following regulations:

　　1、The opening time of Yuexiu Park is from 6am.to 10pm. Please enter the park within the opening time and do not enter it during the rest of time without being allowed. The kids must be accompanied by adults.

　　2、Please protect trees and do not climb them. Admire flowers but do not pick them up. Please keep off the grass. Destroying plants or catching animals is prohibited. Please treasure the cultural relics, the historical sites and public facilities in the park and do not scratch or carve on them. Also do not scratch or carve on the plants.

　　3、Do not lie down in the pavilions, at the corridors or on the benches for sleeping. Do not camp overnight in the park. Bathing in the toilet is also prohibited.

　　4、Fishing or swimming in the lake and playing in the water are prohibited. Do not climb or stride over the guardrails.

　　5、Any inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are prohibited to bring into the park. It’s forbidden to carry hydrogen balloons and explosives into the park .Do not take your pets into the park.

　　6、The behavior such as riding bicycles in the park, playing ball games and chasing on the park road, roller-skating and riding skateboard etc. is prohibited.

　　7、Do not spit and piss around. Do not leave litter behind. Leftovers, packaging, gum, waste paper and so on should be thrown into the garbage bins. No smoking in the park.

　　8、Lighting fire, burning incense and firework are prohibited in the park.

　　9、Unauthorized commercial activities, including posting ads and setting relevant facilities, are prohibited in the park. Charges of teaching dance or teaching other sports are prohibited here. If you want to organize activities, you must have the permission by the police department. When you use some sound or stereo equipment, you should obey the noise control regulations. Respect the silence of nature and of the other tourists.

　　10、Any illegal gambling, including playing Mahjong and playing cards, or superstitious activities are prohibited in the park.

　　11、Any activities like hawking, begging, distributing handbills, promoting and pyramid selling are prohibited here. Any illegal activities such as fighting, illegal gathering, drug-taking, prostituting are prohibited.

　　12、Unauthorized vehicles are prohibited in the park. Authorized vehicles should be droved following the guiding line and at a low speed.

　　13、Without authorizing, commercial filming or taking wedding photos are prohibited. All commercial activities must be permitted by the park administration department. Any newsworthy photography or reporting must register with the park administration department

　　14、Please mind your personal belongings. In case of any abnormal situation, please report to the staff or security department of the park. 

　　15、Once break the above rules, the park administrators will make punishment according to “Managing Rules of Guangzhou Park”.
